j1888 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the j1888 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered members who deposit funds and participate in gaming activity. j1888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where material changes are made, j1888 will endeavour to notify registered account holders by email or in-platform notification.

By accessing j1888 you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 1 below, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party, that you have read and accepted these Terms in full, and that you understand and accept the risks inherent in online gambling. 1 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on j1888 and to participate in any gaming activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j1888 operates a strict 21+ policy and will verify age upon registration and at any subsequent point as deemed necessary.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person. Third-party account use is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from j1888 or any affiliated platform, whether by voluntary self-exclusion or by j1888's own determination.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.

j1888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of funds pending verification.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one j1888 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts. Winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. j1888 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your login details.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must immediately notify j1888 if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Contact j1888 support at [email protected].
• j1888 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle. Until KYC is completed to j1888's satisfaction, withdrawals may be withheld.
• Account transfers between individuals are not permitted. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your j1888 account or any funds held within it to any other person.

j1888 may, at its sole discretion, close or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, where fraudulent or collusive activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account would pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

j1888 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and BRAC Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. j1888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of j1888.

• Deposits are credited to your j1888 wallet typically within two minutes of payment confirmation by your chosen payment provider. j1888 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by j1888 within 15 to 30 minutes in standard operating conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time during peak periods, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is outstanding.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy) unless j1888's support team has expressly approved an alternative method in writing.
• j1888 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.

Deposits made to a j1888 account may only be used for gaming activity on j1888. Deposits may not be used for money transfer purposes, currency exchange, or any activity unrelated to legitimate gaming on the platform. Any such misuse will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

j1888 may offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on j1888 and may not be withdrawn as cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• j1888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be removed retroactively unless fraud, abuse, or a technical error is identified.
• Players found to be abusing bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk rather than engage with games genuinely, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

j1888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotional offers may vary by player, by location, and over time. j1888 is not obligated to offer equivalent promotions to all players simultaneously.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All gaming on j1888 is subject to the rules of the individual game being played. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed in the game interface and any other source, the rules displayed within the game itself shall prevail. j1888's games are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and Microgaming, and use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology where applicable.

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in chip dumping — is prohibited and will be investigated and actioned accordingly.
• In the event of a technical fault or malfunction during a game session that affects the integrity or outcome of a bet or game round, j1888 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to affected players. j1888's decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket betting markets on j1888 are subject to the specific settlement rules published within the cricket betting section of the platform. In-play bets that are voided due to match abandonment, weather interruption, or DLS method application will be settled in accordance with those published rules.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Intellectual Property

No part of the j1888 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of j1888.

The j1888 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary and may not be used in any commercial, promotional, or editorial context without express written permission from j1888. Unauthorised use of j1888 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1888 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of j1888, even if j1888 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failure, or any cause beyond j1888's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or from actions taken by j1888 against your account in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

9 Account Termination and Suspension

j1888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the provision of false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. j1888 is obligated to report such suspicions to the relevant authorities and may freeze account funds pending investigation.
• At the player's own request via voluntary account closure. Players wishing to permanently close their account should contact j1888 support at [email protected]. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an account is closed by j1888 due to a breach of these Terms, j1888 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method at j1888's discretion following completion of any required investigation.

10 Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of j1888 that cannot be resolved through j1888's internal support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. j1888's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be final, subject only to applicable statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of j1888 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using j1888 and may request account closure as described in Clause 9.
